BAREMINERALS FOUNDATION
I have tried many different types of make-up and since changing my cleanser to Temple Spa 'BE GONE' (www.templespa.com/sarahfryer) I have changed my foundation too. Reviews are postive online for bareminerals, especially from people who are sufferers of acne prone skin. So I invested in some! You only need a small amount and it gives a nice light even coverage. Very natural and looks good. See the reviews for yourself :

When I purchased some, the sales lady recommended washing my make-up brushes on a weekly basis to prevent acne spreading. She said a simple baby shampoo will be good enough. I now have a fixed date in my routine where I will wash them.
I also think the Temple Spa BE STRONG serum used underneath the foundation gives a beautiful glow to my skin. It is fantastic to use for healing acne scars but also as a primer.
I personally wouldn't use any other foundation now, or at least until it gets to the point where I don't feel like I need the coverage. At that point I may invest in some tinted moisturiser.
Hi Jane,
ReplyDeleteI'm so pleased that you found Temple Spa and it's helping. Regarding Bare Minerals, please stop using their products. I used their products for a few months before I had the most terrible skin reaction and it took weeks for my skin to heal, they use a chemical called Bismuth Oxychloride and it's a cheap nasty ingredient that can cause terrible reactions. Ive started using mineral makeup from a company called elemental beauty and the make up is fantastic, the healing concealer is amazing, it's also a fraction of the price of Bare Minerals. Hazel x
